Information
A 1997 cello made for Francis Saunders, then of the London Symphony Orchestra.  Made on a beautiful Guarneri of Venice pattern with a gorgeous sound and sumptuous red venetian varnish.  This pattern works to naturally produce a balanced sound without any of the common cello problems.  It is smooth and powerful from top to bottom.  I have seen this cello a couple of times recently and remember and enjoy every square millimeter of it.
